Mission and Goals: 'We try to build bridges between cultures, and above all between people.' M.O.S.T. was officially founded as a civic association in 2004 in Ostrava as a response to a growing interest in supporting Tibet among the Czech public. M.O.S.T. supports Tibet and Tibetan refugees in India as well as young Buddhist monks in the Indian Himalayas. The association raises awareness about Tibet by holding public education programs all year round. Every March, M.O.S. T. holds a 'Festival ProTibet' that is the highlight of the season and the group's signature event. The association is registered in Ostrava and we have a branch office in Olomouc. Potala Association is a civic organization(NGO). The main activities of the association is exploring the history, culture and way of life of traditional societies, especially the Tibetan cultural area, and the mediation of such information to members and the wider public. In the context of development assistance to support the Tibetan ethnic group in Tibet and in exile, education, religion, ecology, self-employment and competitiveness.

Lungta is a non-governmental non-profit organization of people with an interest in Tibet, Tibetan culture and Tibetan way of life. It was founded in 1997 and has always been based solely on the work of volunteers. Lungta's aim is twofold: to provide financial and material support to different projects inside Tibet and in Tibetan communities in India and to raise awareness of the Czech public about the current situation in Tibet and all aspects of the Tibetan issue.
