Dharma Treasury was launched in early 1999 at www.mandala.hr as the first Buddhist Website in Croatia, then with five menus containing some 30 files. Initially, it's purpose was to present the newly formed Mandala Society and it's Shingon Center (for more, click here please), and to offer a reliable introduction to a variety of teachings considered common to most schools of Buddhadharma. In time the archive grew and grew, gradually focusing more on the various trends in the Western domestication of the Dharma, and also giving more attention to comprehensive views expressed by leading theorists and teachers, Buddhist or otherwise, translators and transformators in the naked spirit. Buddhist Congregation Dharmaling is a non-sectarian Buddhist Community based on Tibetan lineages,
with emphasis on application of spiritual and human values in every day life. Congregation promotes the Teachings of the Buddha following advises of the highest Lamas and Holy beings of past and present time. Yet, Dharmaling aim at transmiting Buddha's Wisdom in the ways the most appropriate to benefit all beings, adapted to the countries where it is taught.

The lineage acquired the name Drukpa in the twelfth century when, assuming the human form, Avalokiteshvara - the Great Lord of Universal Compassion - manifested in Tibet as the outstanding disciple of Mahasiddha Lingchen Repa. This sublime being was called Drogon Tsangpa Gyare, the meaning being: Drogon - the Protector of Beings; Tsang - born in the land of Tsang; Gya - from the noble clan of Chinese (Gya) origin; Re - a cotton-clad yogi.

We are a group of people who gathered under the IMPP constitution devoting ourselves to achieve the goal which is defined in the Constitution. According to the IMPP Constitution , our ultimate goal is to establish an independent state of Inner Mongolia. The immediate task of the IMPP is to bring freedom and democracy to Inner Mongolia.
