Volunteer Tibet is a Tibetan non-profit registered charitable organization based in Delhi and Dharamsala. Wisconsin Tibetan Association (WTA) is a non profit organization established after the arrival of the first group of Tibetan immigrants to Madison as part of the US Tibetans Resettlement project.
