Association humanitaire d'aide au Tibet et aux peuples de l'Himalaya is an association based in Strasbourg, France that undertakes humanitarian assistance to peoples in Tibet and the Himalayan regions. Tel: 03 88 27 33 00 | Fax: 03 88 27 33 08.

In 1997, the Tibetan journalists working in Dharamsala met to form an organisation. The outcome was the immediate initiation of the Association of Tibetan Journalists. Subsequently, a formal Charter was adopted and the association commenced to function, even with the meagre resources available at that time.

Humanitarian association composed exclusively of volunteers who helps lead the Tibetan refugees living in exile and deprivation in camps for 45 years in INDIA and NEPAL. The website is in French language.

L' Association Solidarite Tibet est une association loi 1901 à but non lucratif créée en 1996, essentiellement par des musiciens et qui a pour objet: de proposer une information précise et complète sur le génocide humain et culturel qui a lieu au Tibet depuis 1949 : plus de 1 200 000 morts, tortures, arrestations arbitraires, stérilisations forcées, destruction de 6 000 monastères ainsi que de l’écosystème…; d'organiser des événements culturels afin de financer des projets humanitaires pour les réfugiés tibétains; de promouvoir la non-violence à travers la musique et les arts.

The Association Italy-Tibet is an independent non-profit, legally constituted. Founded in 1988, the Association aims to support the work of the Dalai Lama, the highest political authority and religion of Tibet, and his government in exile, the Tibetan people to be granted the right to self-determination and fundamental freedoms are guaranteed civilians. The Association Italy-Tibet also helps you communicate effectively exiled Tibetan supporting projects of development cooperation and promoting sponsorships.

The Association was established in Turin, at the Piedmont Regional Council, on March 9th 2002, upon the initiative of the Piedmont Region and aims to support Dalai Lama's policy of authonomy for Tibet. Currently are members 42 out of 60 Piedmont regional councillors.

On 16th December, 2007, His Holiness the Dalai Lama has visited Turin on invitation of Regional Council and of the Association.
