Cha su ma is one of the names for Butter Tea, the traditional Tibetan drink usually made from Yak butter. There are already many blogs about Tibetan culture, Tibetan freedom, Tibetan religion. The sole purpose of this blog is to raise an awareness of Tibet, with each article containing some interesting fact for visitors to take away, story to share, or picture to save. Ranging from folktales to Buddhist philosophy, tsampa to chupas, oppression to freedom. I wish to remain impartial in all areas, giving the facts as I understand them, not as I want them to be. Please feel free to comment, contend and discuss. It's why I'm here.

Dechen Shak-Dagsay is a Tibetan who has spent most of her life in Switzerland. She is married to Dr. Kalsang Shak, a Tibetan Naturopath and they have two grown up daughters Yuri Lhamo and Tara Lhanzey. She was very proud of her Tibetan origin and loved to sing the Tibetan songs with her late mother. She was always very impressed by the serenity and calm which she felt whenever her parents and grandparents practiced the Buddhist daily prayers at home.

Dhondup Namgyal got his post-adolescent singing rolling when he was in School, with a band. After putting college behind him and getting a career in Computers and Music, he is the one who wakes up with the hope of seeing peace soul songs in billboards number one chart. Dhonam was one who do's the managing part of the band and also he is the soul of the band. He loves to sing, that's why he never get bore with the Jamming, he love fun all the time when they hang out for some time.
