2. Cultural Neighbours - The websites and blogs listed under this category belongs to regions that has historically very close tie to Tibetan culture and religion. The websites of Tibetan Buddhism monasteries in Ladakh, India or of religious centers in Mongolia or Language websites from Sikkim or Bhutan, which are very identical to Tibetan. 
3. International Websites that are either universal in their contents, whether its BBC news website for news media or Youtube for videos or facebook for social networking... The websites featured under this category are global regarding their content and use.
